Zhang Deyin: Choice Above Everything Else

 

Character Bio:

Zhang Deyin, who has rich experiences in international trade, had worked overseas for more than ten years. He is always concerned about the country and its people with a spirit of utter devotion. In the year 2007, attracted by the charisma of the Chairman Vincent Chen, Zhang joined Winalite International resolutely after having returned to the motherland and remained unemployed for two years. He spared no effort to develop the Russian market and achieved notable success. As a result, the global market of the company extends to many overseas countries.

With a gentle manner Zhang impresses others as low-key and inward-looking. Generally, Zhang does not speak much. However, once you get to know him better, you would know that he is a broad-minded man with abundant experience in foreign trade, and he genuinely cares about the people and his country.

By the summer of 2007 he had spent two years at home unemployed after returning to China. He tried to find pleasure in traditional calligraphy and Chinese/Western painting. One day, he received a call from a former schoolmate, who invited him to join Winalite International and pick up the direct sales industry which he had quitted for several years. He refused the invitation politely. Unexpectedly, this old friend was persistent. He called Zhang everyday and several times a day, trying hard to persuade him. On some occasions, he even invited other close friends to persuade him.

Four months later, with the gracious invitation from these friends, he accepted the offer and boarded a flight to GuangZhou. After the meeting with the legendary Chairman Vincent Chen, things miraculously turned for the better.
Chairman Chen’s modesty and boundless love moved him, and his great aspirations and patriotism had a deep influence on Zhang. At dinner Zhang still referred to the company as “your firm”, but by the next morning, he unconsciously changed it to “we”, giving his suggestions on how they should move forward passionately.

Zhang’s journey in GuangZhou lasted only a few days, but this turned out to be a giant leap forward. From then on, Zhang joined Winalite International resolutely and devoted himself to the exploration of the Russian market.
All these years, every time Zhang goes to a city, every time he holds a Sharing Session, he sincerely use his own first-hand knowledge and personal experiences to tell people a simple truth, that is, choices matters.

Selecting a company is very important, and choosing a leader is as if not more important than selecting a company. After joining Winalite International resolutely, Zhang worked with fanatical passion. He considered every detail of the work discreetly and designed the development plan for the expanding Russian market. He took advantage of his earlier experience accumulated in Russia and accomplished the initiative plan for opening up the new market. Zhang stressed the importance of reinforcing management in the company and encouraged rigorous style of working, which later become the essential element that contribute to the company’s success in the direct sales industry.

Later on, Zhang found some excellent local business leaders in Moscow, and turn them into a strong sales force. They organized and advertised in a proper way, amazingly attained a sales revenue of more than two million dollars in the first month.

So, the Winalite Internationalfrom China emerged on the Russian market. For the first time the Russian began to know the name of Vincent Chen and the Love Moon sanitary napkin from China.

When the grateful distributors received a considerable amount of bonus, Zhang almost couldn’t express his happiness fully..

The success in Russia indicates the necessity to explore the CIS (the Commonwealth of Independent States), our vision should be broad and enlightened, aiming at the potential markets in Europe, North America, South America and Africa.

The preliminary success in Russian market proved to be of extraordinary significance. It indicates that our products not only can succeed in China and the Confucian Culture Circle in the Southeastern Asia, but can also extend its market to the global arena.

Now the initial development of Russian market has already started to bear fruit,. People are glad to see the sales network is extending a wider and wider range, spreading all over CIS countries and the three countries of the Baltic Sea, furthermore, it is stretching to Eastern Europe, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, England and so on. Meanwhile, our sales force appears in America, Argentina, Peru and some South African countries. In a word, Winalite International has joined the global market by selling its products in all of the six continents and more than seventy countries and regions in the world.

Sail Across the Ocean and Promote the Culture of Boundaryless Love
