On May 1st, Mr. Watanabe, general manager of Winalite Japan hosted a training seminar in Nagoya for Deban team. In the training seminar Mr. Watanabe made everyone realized the importance of cooperation in direct selling industry. He specified the importance of teamwork and how to maximize the ability of the team. He also mentioned the classical “oral advertise” used in direct selling may cause information distortion. So it is necessary to make sure the information is correctly delivered to all audience. The training seminar was a huge success and welcomed by local distributors, the second training would be held in May 27th.
